We are honored to have you visit our establishment and we extend our warmest welcome to you. After 20 years of cooking Chinese food, my repertoire of recipes includes traditional dishes from many regions of China, including Mandarin, Szechuan, Hunan, and Peking Styles. As well as taking care to use only the freshest and highest quality ingredients in everything we serve. I rely on quality ingredients of flavor and texture. I personally make all the sauce and season the meats. I meticulously train my chefs so that they can duplicate my special dish exactly in my absence. If you are not completely satisfied, please let us know, if you have special dietary requirements or specific cooking information, our professionals will do everything possible to satisfy your needs.
