Information collected on www.ExploreElkGrove.com is used to determine important statistical data for Visit Elk Grove/Explore Elk Grove, and its partners to determine the effectiveness of the content, programs and advertisements offered through our website. Visit Elk Grove, its partners and affiliates may collect personal contact and demographic information that the consumer willingly provides such as name, address, email, zip code, gender and income with the intention of using this information for purposes of statistical reporting and targeted promotional campaigns. By participating in events, programs, or experiences facilitated by Explore Elk Grove, you agree to waive and release Explore Elk Grove, its venue partners, sponsors, participating businesses, and affiliated organizations, including their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all liabilities, claims, or damages arising from or related to your participation. All services, experiences, and goods provided by the Released Parties are offered “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
All purchases are final. Unless otherwise stated, there are no refunds or exchanges for future dates, events, or experiences. Events and experiences are held rain or shine and may be subject to change. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or modification due to circumstances beyond our control—including but not limited to governmental actions, acts of God, inclement weather, natural disasters, public health concerns, labor disputes, or venue unavailability—Explore Elk Grove reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to: a) Issue a full or partial refund, b) Reschedule the experience or event, c) Offer a comparable alternative or credit, d) Provide a combination of the above options.
