Hallo-Palooza & Trunk-Or-Treat 2026!

Hallo-Palooza is Elk Grove's 5th annual family-friendly Halloween event. The event includes truck or treating with Elk Grove Police Department, DJ Dance party, costume contest, bubble zone, and a fang-tastic avenue filled with art, entertainment, and loads of family fun!

Activities Include:

1. Trunk-or-Treat: Stop by all the decorated Elk Grove Police Department trunks to grab your candy. Check out all the decorated vehicles!

2. Fab-BOO-lous Bubble Zone & Entertainment Stage: Bring your kids to our bubble zone and entertainment stage for some fall fun. Dance to a LIVE DJ with family and friends!

3. FANG-tastic Art Zone: Visit the art zone for coloring and art activities.

4. Kid Costume Contest (18 and under) & Adult Costume (18+): Think you have the best Halloween costume? Enter our contest to show off your costume and win cool prizes!

5. Pet Costume Contest: Don't leave your furry friends out! Get your pet ready for a fun costume contest. *Pet relief area will be provided. All pets must be leashed, harnessed, or in a carrier. Pet owners assume all risk and responsibility for their animals.

6. SPOOK-tacular Marching Band Parade: Walk around District 56 to show off your Halloween costume! The UC Davis Marching Band will parade down the Avenue for your pleasure.

7. Carnival Game Alley: Test your skills and win spooky prizes at thrilling carnival games. From ring toss to roller bowling, there's no shortage of fun challenges to conquer.

8. Food Vendors: Enjoy delicious food by local vendors!
