ARTners presents the 3rd annual “Day of La Concha” - Elk Grove Sweet Fest! Celebrating the traditional sweet breads of Mexico (pan dulce), cupcakes, and cookies.

There will be coffee vendors, artisan crafters for shopping, themed art murals and art classes, silent art auction, music, face painting, balloon art, games and more!
