Overview
The Elk Grove Fine Arts Center will present Dog Days of Summer, a group exhibition by the Center’s Member Artists July 1-31, 2026. The exhibition opens with a First Saturday Public Reception on July 4 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
“Summertime is the best time for our artists to reflect on the blazing sunshine across the landscape followed by cool shadows of the evenings in the Delta Breeze. Our Dog Days of Summer collection includes those memories of lazy afternoons with pitchers of lemonade, walks in the woods, and feet splashing in the cool water of streams and ponds.”
The First Saturday reception is free and open to the public. Guests will enjoy refreshments, live music, and an opportunity to meet many of the featured artists exhibiting work at the Center.
