We are celebrating the 5th Anniversary of Uncorked & Uncapped! Join us for an elevated tasting experience featuring culinary bites by Valley Hi Country Club paired with sips from Elk Grove's local wineries and breweries. Brought to you by Explore Elk Grove and presented by Sky River Casino, this will be a celebration like no other.

APPETIZERS FOR ALL

All attendees will enjoy a delectable array of appetizers, thoughtfully curated by Valley Hi’s Executive Chef, Mix Rodriguez. The menu features light bites perfectly paired with local wine and beer, offering you a chance to savor the authentic flavors of Elk Grove. Highlights include Pork Belly Skewers, Wood-Fired Pizza, Chicken Skewers, Riblets, and Ahi Poke.

LIVE DJ & LOCAL-FAVORITE BAND

Kick off the evening with LIVE DJ, Conquer All Limits who will set the vibes with upbeat tunes and popular hits. Beginning at 7:00pm, Under the Bus will take the stage! This high-energy local 90s cover band is bringing the nostalgia with your favorite throwback hits. Get ready to dance and sing under the fall sky!

Are you looking to sip a signature cocktail while enjoying the event's live entertainment? Hand-crafted cocktails will be available for purchase during the event for your enjoyment. Please drink responsibly.

Show off your skills in the Longest Drive and Longest Launch challenges, try your hand at disc golf, and enjoy a mix of other laid-back competitions throughout the evening. Whether you're in it to win or just playing for fun, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

There is nothing better than shopping unique finds while sipping local libations. Explore Elk Grove has curated a marketplace of Elk Grove swag and Corks & Caps items so you can remember the fun long after Uncorked & Uncapped. VIP attendees will receive (1) one token to shop the marketplace for select items. General admission attendees have the chance to receive tokens throughout the event by participating in various outdoor games and interacting with our local breweries and wineries.
