Hallo-Palooza & Trunk-Or-Treat 2024!

Hallo-Palooza is Elk Grove's 3rd annual family-friendly Halloween event. With over 4000 attendees in 2023, we are moving the event to District 56. The event includes truck or treating with Elk Grove Police Department, DJ Dance party, costume contest, bubble zone, and a fang-tastic avenue filled with art, entertainment, and loads of family fun!

Activities Include:

1. Trunk-or-Treat: Stop by all the decorated Elk Grove Police Department trunks to grab your candy. Check out all the decorated vehicles!

2. Fab-BOO-lous Bubble Zone & Entertainment Stage: Bring your kids to our bubble zone and entertainment stage sponsored by Wilton Rancheria for some fall fun. Dance to a LIVE DJ with family and friends!

3. Who You Gonna Call? Ghostbusters! Step into the world of Ghostbusters this Halloween with our immersive activation! Snap photos with our captivating blow up with friends and family. This is an experience you won't want to miss!

4. FANG-tastic Art Zone: Visit the art zone for coloring and art activities.

5. Kid Costume Contest (18 and under) & Adult Costume (18+): Think you have the best Halloween costume? Enter our contest to show off your costume and win cool prizes!

6. Pet Costume Contest: Don't leave your furry friends out! Get your pet ready for a fun costume contest. *Pet relief area will be provided. All pets must be leashed, harnessed, or in a carrier. Pet owners assume all risk and responsibility for their animals.

7. SPOOK-tacular Marching Band Parade: Walk around District 56 to show off your Halloween costume! The UC Davis Marching Band will parade down the Avenue for your pleasure.

8. Carnival Game Alley: Test your skills and win spooky prizes at Cosumnes Services District's thrilling carnival games. From ring toss to roller bowling, there's no shortage of fun challenges to conquer.

9. Food Vendors: Enjoy delicious food by local vendors including Buckhorn Grill, The Mix Up 916, Costa's Kettle Corn, West Coast Taco Bar, Balance Me Out, and Icy Cotton Candy!
