We knew we had to go all in to mark such a momentous milestone. We found the barrels that spoke the loudest with depth, character, and intensity, then blended them together.
11 months aged in Blanton's Barrels
21 months aged in Weller Barrels with Ugandan Vanilla Beans in Barrel
26 months aged in Weller Barrels
The blends of these barrels was so perfect, we actually didn’t want to add any other ingredients… but knowing us, we had to.
In house SLOW toasted - Chopped Hazelnuts, Sliced Almonds, and Whole Pecans, raw flaked and toasted Coconut.
Plus one pound per barrel of Indonesian West Papua Tahitensis Vanilla Beans, and our house coffee blend roasted by Kingdom Coffee. ( @kingdomcoffeeroasters )
This is hands down one of the best BA stouts to date. Which says a lot.
