Celebrate Elk Grove’s 25th Anniversary by sharing your perspective through photography!

We invite you to capture the people, places, and moments that make our community special and submit your best shots for a chance to be featured.

Finalists will have their work displayed at the Elk Grove Fine Arts Gallery, and be featured in a celebratory arts reception on November 8th.

Contest runs from September 1-22, 2025. Any entries made following the conclusion of the contest will not be reviewed.

You may submit up to three (3) entries.

Photos should have minimal editing.

Borders, frames, special filters, text and signatures are not allowed.

The City of Elk Grove reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any pictures from the contest that it deems unsuitable.
