Overview

This intimate, hour-long, healing experience begins with a grounding practice, light breathwork, and intention setting, to help you turn inward.

From there we begin our sound immersion with a variety of ancient instruments, including our Paiste and Mother Tesla Gongs, Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, classic frosted quartz, Tibetan bowls, chimes and Wave Drum. Clients are then led through a guided meditation and/or visualization based on a unique theme for that session.

If you've been looking to drop into a deep meditative state, reflect through some inner work, and/or simply regulate your nervous system and recharge from the inside-out, this is your opportunity.
